Conditions, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

If a tour is scheduled and the realtor or homeowner is not present or the property cannot be photographed, a rescheduling fee of $40 will be added to total tour cost. A rescheduling fee of $40 will also be charged if the tour is rescheduled by the realtor within 18 hours of the tour.
